Dr. Nina Haddad is the new emergency doctor at Mannheim Fire Station III, always in the front row with emergency paramedic Paul Raue. In a team with firefighter Markus Probst, fire chief Piotr Rogosa and the intrepid Billy Johannes, Nina experiences emotional ups and downs, dramatic emergencies and moving dramas. Every deployment presents medical challenges.
